The 2015 U.S. Women’s National Under-18 Team continues preliminary action at the 2015 International Ice Hockey Federation Under-18 Women’s World Championship against Czech Republic on Tuesday, Jan. 6, with a 7 p.m. face-off at HARBORCENTER in Buffalo, New York. Brittany Bugalski (Lake Worth, Fla.) is scheduled to start in net. The match-up will be streamed live at FASTHockey.com.
Team USA defeated Canada, 2-1, in a thrilling shootout last night in the first game for both teams. Grace Bizal (Minnetonka, Minn.) scored in regulation and Kaitlin Burt (Lynn, Mass.) made 16 saves. U.S. captain Jincy Dunne (O’Fallon, Mo.) and Abby Roque (Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.) added shootout goals to seal the victory.
