2010 IIHF Under-18 Women's World Championship

The U.S. Women's National Under-18 Team topped Japan (11-1), Finland (5-0) and Czech Republic (15-0) in the preliminary round, and blanked Sweden, 5-0, in the semifinal. The U.S. fell to Canada 5-4 in overtime, giving the Canadians their first gold medal in tournament history. Team USA finished the tournament 4-0-1-0 (W-OTW-OTL-L).
